Support Team / Customer Centre / Call Centre - Pensions - MS, Word, Outlook
Established client, due to expansion of team requires an experienced Support Team Member, offering technical and product support to clients /customers in respect of Stakeholder schemes. You will be responsible for first call resolution, liaising with relevant technical departments and providing a full response within SLA's / agreed time scales.

Job Description
Provide initial contact for all Customers
Provide and support order development/fulfilment and problem
handling for both contact centres.
Provide 24/7 manning of the contact centre (currently operating a flexible 5 day a week shift pattern 0600-1400 and 1400 2200hrs Mon Fri)
Maintain and update procedures and processes in line with current working practices.
General administration duties in support of work carried out in the Contact Centre
Provide confidential card management by processing credit card transactions as requested
Qualifications and/or Skills
Essential
Excellent Telephone and keyboard skills
Articulate to assure accuracy of information to be captured in the Contact Ticket Competent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
Proven Customer Service Skills in a Contact centre environment
Handling credit card transactions and its confidentiality
Working with other Commercial communication providers
Desirable
Good experience of Web interface applications
Security Clearance to enable working in a secure contact centre
Ability to interact proactively with other groups internally
and externally |
