Duties and Responsibilities:
Data entry of all wire information and confirmations
General office duties including faxing and photocopying
Answering of incoming calls
Communications with existing clients
Tracking settlements and wire information
Working with petty cash
Mailing
Problem solving when necessary

Support Team / Customer Centre / Call Centre - Pensions - MS, Word, Outlook
Established client, due to expansion of team requires an experienced Support Team Member, offering technical and product support to clients /customers in respect of Stakeholder schemes. You will be responsible for first call resolution, liaising with relevant technical departments and providing a full response within SLA's / agreed time scales.
