Operations Director
Location: Reading
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits
Our client specialise in the Events Industry and produce dynamic campaigns to promote a wide range of products, services, exhibitions and festivals.
Due to the increase in business activity, they are now recruiting for an Operations Director who will manage and co-ordinate the operation functions, including warehouse, transportation, inventory and installations.
Responsibilities of the Operations Director will include:
• Plan and co-ordinate operational activities, ensuring they deliver the required level of service to their customers.
• Hold responsibility for Inventory management for goods in/out
• Warehouse management
• Transport management
• Ensure all requirements relating to safety, health, environment and quality are being fully implemented in the warehouse in line with company guidelines.
• Responsible for overseeing contractors and installation teams to ensure that events are set up correctly
Candidates will be have proven skills in the following areas:
• Experience of working within an Operations function in the Events/Promotions industry within a senior role
• Has a successful record of delivering results against
o Service-related KPI's
o Safety standards
o People development
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Management skills
• Strategic Operations knowledge

Art Director / Creative Director / Studio Manager / Studio Director
Job Role: Art Director
Salary: 40- 45k pa
Location: Reading
Working for a highly successful and dynamic marketing agency that have a reputation for providing outstanding results for their clients, your role as Art Director will be to set up, manage the art studio in Reading, with overall responsibility for all creative material and design for various aspects of the business.
This is a senior role and will be responsible for taking on junior design staff in the near future.
Some responsibilities include:
• Creating presentation artwork to pitch to clients
• Managing artwork and design campaigns
• 3D Design
• Working on new concepts for events
• All aspects of Artwork from exhibition / event banners, designing and creating posters, stationary, coupons, stand design, point of sale display and all business collateral
• Create large scale files for print and liaise with external printers
• Set up the studio, purchase equipment
• Brainstorming new ideas for the company and clients
