Job Title - Security Cleared Senior Network Design Engineer
Location - Hook, Hampshire
Salary - £30k - £40K

Job Role - The Senior Network Design Engineer is expected to be an expert with additional knowledge/experience covering a range of technologies; thus, be able to take individual technical responsibility for specific design requirements within a design team. The Senior Network Design Engineer will interpret and translate high level network requirements and propose realisable solutions, provide technical proposals/designs to the network solution design manager/technical lead on allocated projects ensuring all activities are carried out as requested.
Essential Skills - Security Cleared. Network Design qualification to degree level or equivalent engineering experience. CCNP &/or CCDP. Individual responsibility for network systems design and implementation for fixed and deployed secure communications networks in a commercial and/or military environment with significant Data Network experience. Data Network Design experience of secure LANS/WANS with a good understanding of COTS products. Record of interpretation of network requirements and translation to design.
Desirable Skills - Experience of devices and techniques for assurance of network security. A good understanding of the cost/benefit implications of various design decisions.

Job Title - Service Desk Analyst
Loccation - Central Milton Keynes
Salary - £22k

Job Role - The purpose of the role is to deal with customer incidents and requests either directly over the telephone or by e-mail. The key purpose is diagnosing and resolving technical, application related & administrative problems so the customer can continue their own work. The emphasis is on providing a consistently high level customer service and delivering solutions that meet the needs of the customer, user and the IT department's objectives. The Service Desk Analyst will also be required to support work in the other teams such as the 2nd line referral team especially during busy periods.
Essential skills - Minimum of 1 years' experience of working within a strong customer focused IT Service Desk role and who has excellent problem solving and listening skills. The Service Desk Analyst must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of a number of policies such as IT Security. You must be able to log details accurately. You must have experience in supporting MS XP, Vista, MS Office packages, MS Outlook (2003 & 2007), Remote Access (dial up/wifi/3G/Broadband/VPN), Lotus Notes & Active Directory. Network connectivity problem solving skills, familiar with desktop/laptop, PCs & printers, SAP, Hardware fault-finding & trouble-shooting skills.
Desirable skills - HP Service Desk, Working with call logging systems (HPSD/Remedy/Marval), ITIL processes (ITIL qualification). Appreciation of supporting bespoke packages.
